Lone Star Legal Aid and Texas Legal Services Center have launched the Eviction Text Messaging Program, a program available to Texans seeking guidance through the Justice of the Peace Court Eviction Appeal process. The program will provide eligible applicants with guided support by text message, including reminders of important deadlines, links to helpful information, and answers to questions during the eviction appeal process.
The Eviction Text Messaging Program is available by application only to those who are appealing an eviction court order from a Texas Justice Court. Call 1-800-722-8394 to apply.
