 Program Description: Following Texas’s adoption of tech competence as an ethical duty, the need to learn legal tech now applies to all attorneys, whether practicing as a solo or in global firms. D. Casey Flaherty, respected legal tech innovator and the creator of the Legal Tech Assessment, will present this program for the Legal Tech Institute to share his insights with attorneys in all practice settings and highlight how the Procertas Legal Tech Assessment, which is available to all for free at the Harris County Law Library, can help attorneys work toward legal tech competence.
