Program Description: Eliminating Bias in the Legal Profession. Bias does exist in the legal profession and in many cases it can be hard to identify. This CLE covers the different types of bias and provides real-world examples and statistics in order to further identify and discuss the legal and ethical authorities that deal with bias within law firms and in courtrooms. This program is designed to help attorneys combat this issue, giving them the tools needed to identify and put an end to bias.
